Jerry Connelly is a private investor with a particular interest in early stage technology companies. Previously, Mr. Connelly was Executive Vice President of Morneau Sobeco, a benefits outsourcing and consulting firm which recently completed a successful initial public offering. During his tenure, the firm’s revenue increased more than ten-fold, to over $70 million. Mr. Connelly began his career with international management consultancy Bain & Company, where he worked in their San Francisco and Toronto offices. In 1985, he earned an Industrial Engineering degree from Stanford University, where he was a member of both Tau Beta Pi and Phi Beta Kappa. In 1990, he won the Ford Prize honoring the valedictorian of the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD), a leading international MBA program.

Mr. Crouch has served in senior executive roles and has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. His diverse experience includes leadership positions in manufacturing, research and development, sales, marketing and general administration. He has worked in the home healthcare industry for 16 years. Bob’s most recent positions were with Respironics Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Senior Vice President of New Business Ventures, Human Resouces, Legal, Information Technology, and Government Affairs. He also worked with The Dow Chemical Company, Betamed Pharmaceuticals and Cryogenic Associates (Division of Sybron Corp.) in various roles including Vice President, President, Chairman and CEO.

Mr. Kebekus joined medSage in 2005. Before his appointment as the company's first CTO, Mr. Kebekus led the team responsible for barcode-enabled point-of-care products at McKesson, a Fortune 15 company. In this position, he managed the design, implemention and deployment of the first-ever electronic order transmission for intravenous medication administration.
Previously, Mr. Kebekus was responsible for the internationalization and localization of MediaSite systems for the Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and German markets.
Mr. Kebekus received a master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Dortmund, Germany in 1995.
