The medSage Medication Management Solution, comprised of proprietary and patent pending software as well as HCVoice, the IVR technology, is deployed as an ASP (Application Service Provider) solution. No additional hardware, networking, telephony equipment is required for and the patient only needs a phone (touch tone NOT required). Once installed, the system calls the patient based upon our proprietary schedule application, collects the appropriate data, executes supply orders and highlights patients in need of further attention.
