medSage enables providers to easily monitor patients for a variety of conditions or to meet payer requirements. Patients groups for monitoring would typically include:

medSage Patient Management Systems allow providers to monitor these and other conditions, for changes in their condition, prescription, insurance or the need for re-order of medical supplies. Patient-authorized supply orders are generated by the system and delivered electronically to the customer’s fulfillment system, so emergency re-orders costs can be reduce or even eliminated. Any patient issues or problems, such as poor patient compliance, equipment problems, prescription changes or insurance changes, are instantly delivered to a designated computer desktop so they can be addressed immediately. The easy-to-use online software makes keeping and retrieving patient information simple, less time-consuming and HIPAA compliant.

Here's how our systems work

medSage uses HCVoice™ to place personalized calls to your patients and ask simple questions based upon provider supplied information. The calls are scheduled for when the specific patient group is typically available and based upon the patients’ insurance. Patients’ answers are recorded, documented and analyzed by our proprietary software. From the call data, medSage generates electronic orders and/or patient notifications within minutes of contacting your patients. This information is available to provider authorized personnel at the providers’ unique server address that medSage creates.

Typical orders our Patient Management Systems would generate include:

	Unit dose medication refills
	Sleep therapy replacement supplies such as masks, headgear, tubing and filters.

Patient notifications allow providers to triage their patient base – to proactively manage their patient base by exception. These notifications identify which patients need more, or immediate attention so providers can focus resources cost-effectively. Typical notifications our Patient Management Systems would generate include:

	Changes in prescription or condition,
	Non-compliance to prescribed therapy,
	Recent admission to the Emergency Room or Hospital,
	Equipment problems or discontinued use, and
	Changes in insurance, address or physician.
