Account Manager
To serve in a key leadership role, as the lead account manager for the medSage regional customer base. Incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of account management including managing customer issues, status review meetings and subsequent customer presentations as well as the development of the medSage account management process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of current medSage clients including the following:
- Serve as a customer advocate, spearheading any client issues.
- Monitor client results and identify any opportunities for improvement for each client.
- Meet regularly with clients to reinforce medSage value proposition, provide recommendations to the client based upon medSage best practices and benchmarking data.
- Develop outcomes reports and present to strategic clients.
- Provide insight and constructive input to the medSage product management and product development team.
- Contribute at a strategic level, to the medSage Technologies management team.
- Develop and refine the medSage Account Management service.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Home Healthcare (DME) or closely associated industry.
- Experience working in a Customer Service capacity.
- Sales experience and knowledge of sales practices.
- Experience working in a technical environment, preferably in support.
- Must demonstrate a proven track record and aptitude for process development and management.
- Knowledge of HME billing policies and procedures a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Problem Solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL highly desired.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Any successfully completely technical training course(s) or equivalent showing a technical aptitude.
Incumbent can expect to travel 20%-40% of the time.

Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Be responsible for and take the lead regarding all aspects of Quality Assurance in an agile development environment. Work with a dynamic and innovative team using the latest technologies. Be involved in the full development process. Develop, modify, apply and maintain standards for software quality operating methods, systems and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops, publishes, and implements test plans.
- Writes and maintains test automation.
- Develops quality assurance standards.
- Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
- Provide 2nd level support.
- Release control and coordination for multiple products.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, concepts, practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, MySQL).
- Demonstrated self-starter, interpersonal skills, creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to express concepts and ideas effectively.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and quality required.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Linux / OS X preferred.
- Experience with XHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with Version Control Systems.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years successful experience in the field.
