Kristine Sabo, Customer Deployments ManagerKris is one of the first medSage folks a new customer meets when they join the medSage Team. Kris is responsible for managing all of the up front work that is required to “Go Live” on the medSage system. Homecare providers may also recognize Kris from one of her former roles in the industry----Kris was responsible for the Respironics OSA Patient Interface marketing program for many years. Kris also has extensive experience in the homecare industry and has helped our customers maximize their return on investment (ROI) in the patient management arena in many, many ways. Kris is currently planning on being Miss January in the 2009 medSage Team promotional calendar. |

Jamie Caputo, National Sales ManagerJamie is more than a sales manager. Josephine Kenny, Director of Account ServicesJosephine, who is originally from Ireland and has an easily recognized voice, is well known to every medSage customer. She is known for is being a tireless and very effective customer and patient advocate. Jo’s influence is felt throughout the organization---from helping define and solve today’s operational “problem du jour” to design input on future product releases. Every organization has that one special “go-to” person. For medSage, Jo is that person. Due to her love of her homeland and in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Jo has asked to be Miss March in the 2009 medSage Team promotional calendar. |

Bert Pritchard, Vice President of OperationsBert came to medSage from Per-Se Technologies (now a part of McKesson Healthcare). During his time at Per-Se, Bert served as Sr. Director, Software Development and completed his MBA at Robert Morris University in 2006. In his role as Director, Business Development, Bert manages medSage’s more complex customers. Bert also manages HCAnalytics for the company, and, as such, is responsible for one of the three key value components of the medSage offering. Don’t let Bert’s boyish look and famous name mislead you. He is as tough a customer advocate as they come! Bert is scheduled to be Mr. May in the 2009 medSage Team promotional calendar. |

Jerry Connelly, Chief Executive Officer & PresidentJerry joined medSage as President & CEO in early 2006. Before joining medSage, Jerry was Executive Vice President of Morneau Sobeco, a major benefits outsourcing firm. During Jerry’s tenure, Morneau’s revenue increased more than ten-fold--to over $70 million. Morneau successfully completed an IPO in 2005. Jerry began his career with the international management consulting firm, Bain & Company, where he worked in their San Francisco and Toronto offices. In 1985, he earned an Industrial Engineering degree from Stanford University, where he was a member of both Tau Beta Pi and Phi Beta Kappa. In 1990, he won the Ford Prize honoring the valedictorian of the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD), a leading international MBA program. Bill Kaigler, Chief Operating Officer & FounderBill has more than 23 years experience in the healthcare industry. His experience spans product management, business development, project management, engineering, and marketing in the Business-to-Business (B2B) technology and medical device manufacturing industries. Bill’s passion, however, has always been creatively solving customer problems. medSage customers know that Bill enjoys working hand-in-hand with each provider, ensuring that medSage delivers the highest possible value to its customers and their patients. In 2006, he accepted the Category Leader Award, on behalf of medSage Technologies, for being the best small company in Western Pennsylvania. But for Bill, his proudest achievement is when a customer says that medSage has been an excellent partner for their company. Bill earned a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Administration from the Carnegie Mellon University Graduate School of Industrial Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. John F. Durkee, Jr., Vice President of SalesJohn has worked in the homecare industry since the beginning of time. Chances are, if you have been in the industry for any time at all, you have crossed paths with John in one capacity or another. John manages medSage’s sales organization and process. John has more than 30 years of sales and sales management experience, including 17 years in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining medSage in early 2005, John was National Sales Manager at ABC Respiratory, a large respiratory pharmacy in the eastern United States. John is passionate and very vocal about his customers. We call John Mr. August because this is his favorite time of year, given that may of his prospective new customers are on vacation that month. |

Christian Kebekus, Chief Technology OfficerChristian joined medSage in mid-2005. Before his appointment as the company's first CTO, Christian led the team responsible for barcode-enabled point-of-care products at a Division of McKesson Healthcare, a Fortune 15 company. In this position, he managed the design, implementation, and deployment of the first-ever electronic order transmission for intravenous medication administration. Previously, Christian was responsible for the internationalization and localization of MediaSite systems for the Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and German markets. Christian earned a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Dortmund, Germany in 1995. Christian is fondly referred to as “The Big Guy” on the medSage Team and will be Mr. September in the 2009 medSage Team promotional calendar. |

Robert Crouch, Chief Strategy OfficerBob is the “Old Guy” on the medSage Team. In fact, if it were not for John Durkee, we would refer to him as the Silver Fox. Bob has served in senior executive roles and has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years (our abacus will not go any higher). His diverse experience includes leadership positions in manufacturing, research and development, sales, marketing and general business administration within divisions of several Fortune 500 companies. Bob’s most recent positions were with Respironics Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for nine years and Senior Vice President of Corporate Services (New Business Ventures, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, and Government Affairs) for two years. He also worked with The Dow Chemical Company (14 years), BetaMED Pharmaceuticals (2 years), and Cryogenic Associates, Division of Sybron Corp., (2 years) in various roles including Vice President, President, Chairman, and CEO. Bob is the “Really Big Guy” on the medSage Team. (If you have met Bob in person, you know what we mean!) For that reason, Bob is to be Mr. October, November, AND December in the 2009 medSage Team promotional calendar. |
